Hardware and software-related issues can be solved by our Norco College Technology Support Services Staff.
Contact the RCCD Helpdesk with your name, ID #, and details about the issue you're having:
- Call 951-222-8388
- If you need Canvas support, press 1
- If you're a student, press 2
- If it is after 5PM or on a weekend, press 3
- For all other technology issues, press 4
