How do I renew a book?

Answer

Do you need more time with your book? Here are a few ways to extend the due date on your materials:

-- Online Books from our General collection (located in the Main Stacks) can be renewed online.

  • From our homepage, log in to your account by clicking on the Library Catalog OneSearch image.
  • Click the Sign-in link near the upper right corner of the page.
  • Sign in with your RCCD student email credentials.
  • Click on your name and choose My Loans from the dropdown menu to see a list of materials you have checked out.
  • Click Renew next to each item you wish to renew. Make sure to note the new due date.

-- Email us at reference@norcocollege.edu with the following information, and we will reply to you with your new due date:

  • Student ID number.
  • Titles of books you wish to renew.

-- Call the Circulation Desk at (951) 372-7019, and our Circulation staff will be happy to assist you.

-- Visit the library in person! Our friendly Circulation staff can help you renew your materials.

Please note that overdue or reserved collection materials cannot be renewed online; however, you may call the library or visit in person for help. Renewals will not be possible for items with requests/holds placed on them. You must also be a current Norco College student.
