How do I reserve a Study Room?
Answer
- Visit the Study Room Reservation page.
- Select the green blocks in 30-minute increments (2 hours daily) up to two weeks in advance.
- Click on Submit Times (button at the bottom of the page).
- Double-check the requested date and time and select Continue (button at the bottom of the page).
- Complete the form and submit the booking request to reserve the room.
- You will receive an email confirmation with a check-in code.
- At the time of your reservation, check in using the QR code at the entrance to the room and the check-in code you received via email.
- When your reservation ends, check out using the same QR code and check-in code so that others may use the room.
Rooms will be released if you do not check in 15 minutes after the reservation begins.
